Happy New Year and some random stuff....

Happy 2014 all my peeps! I hope you all had an amazing New Years. Ours was fantastic, but I will recap on that later. At the moment, I can't upload any photos from my camera because it has decided to stop working! :-/ I can't figure out what is wrong either. It was working fine...I was viewing the photos from Tuesday night and when I shut my camera off it just didn't pull the lens in. Now, the lens is stuck out and won't retract! I'm really hoping this is a simple problem that can be fixed!!

Tuesday Tunes: Getting amped!!

I can't believe 2013 is over and we will be heading out this evening to ring in the new year! Since 2014 will show it's face to me about 7 hours before most of you....well I promise not to reveal all of it's secrets! While you are kissing your sweethearts at the drop of the ball in NYC, we'll be standing up to make that greasy egg breakfast over a camp fire! ;-)
Tonight will be one of the extremely rare times that I get to go out without my children. I'm kind of heart torn about this! Saturday night Hubby surprised me by saying yes to my request to head out with some girls for a couple of hours! I was super excited and nervous! This was the first time in almost 2 years that I had a girls evening! It was amazing and so relaxing!
Tonight, Ouma and Oupa will brave the fires and take both boys for the whole night. Luckily they're all at our house which should help with calming them down for bed! I'm really looking forward to a night just with Hubby and friends but I know I won't be able to wait to get back to my babies in the morning!

So Happy New Year to you all! I hope you make the best of the new start and new beginnings!

And if you ask me what my New Years Resolution is....I will ignore you....possibly even delete you! ;-)
