Welcome to Saturday Funny, where I bring you the funnies from across the www! This past week in the hospital really had me missing my boys. I assume that is normal and that I'd be weird if not, but whatever. Monday night Lil Mister came with Hubby and LJ to visit me. He told me the Dr was taking the bugs out of me and that he would tell the Dr to let me come home. Thursday afternoon he was asleep when I got home. When he woke up he ran to me and said, "See I told you I was going to phone the Dr. I told him to send you home."After that I started coughing to which he replied, "That Dr is not good! He didn't fix you!"

Saturday Funny: Lil Mister is Witty
This child is always amazing me and cracks me up on a daily basis. But the best this past week was Monday morning:
I was holding Lil Mister and put him down because frack....he's heavy! He starts moaning that he wants picked back up. I try to show him the marks his pants had left on my arm and say that Mommy has a boo boo from Lil Mister being so heavy.
He grabs my wrist and examines my arm very closely, squinting his eyes to get the best look. He then lets go quickly and says in a very matter of fact tone that Mommy does not have boo boo...Mommy has polka dots!
He missed the marks all together and saw my freckles. He then excitedly exclaims that Papa also has polka dots!
Yes, my son....polka dots!

Saturday Funny W40
As we attempt to potty train Lil Mister again.....
We try to be very encouraging. We cheer for him and make a huge deal of it if he uses his potty! We also reward him if he doesn't have an accident all day in his pants.
One way we cheer is we always yell out, "Yay, Lil Mister potjie peepee! Lil Mister is a groet seun!" (Lil Mister peed in potty he's a big boy!)
Saturday morning, I get up and go to the bathroom. I always leave the door open when I'm home alone with the boys. All of the sudden when I flush, Lil Mister comes running full speed into the bathroom! He pushes the door beyond open and screams at the top of his lungs,
"YAY MOMMY POTJIE PEEPEE! MOMMY, JY GROET SEUN!"
And boy, was he happy for mommy!
