 When I got contacted about this new Etsy shop....I absolutely couldn't say no to being a part of a giveaway! I'd be lying if I didn't say that these dresses seriously make me reconsider my stance on a no-girl family! ;-) I love my boys but if you can't imagine how cute a little girl is going to be in this Belle dress....then I feel sorry for you! I talked about the Sunday School picnic in my Weekend Recap: Part 2: Sunday School Picninc. And today, I want to say I’m grateful for such a community involved church!

Our church holds this picnic among many other functions throughout the year that are all about deepening the relationships among the families in the church. I feel so blessed when I get to be a part of these events whether a study group, a camping trip or a picnic. I love the memories we are creating and the friendships we are establishing.

Weekend Recap: Part 2: Sunday School Picnic

Did I mention that this weekend kicked my cabootie? Well, it did! I did tell yall about the awesome concert we went to Friday night and how much fun we had.

What did I learn? That I can’t consider an easy night a few drinks anymore. And literally, I mean a few....it was too much! Used to, that amount would have never affected me. But it’s true what they say about your tolerance lowering if you aren’t exposed.

I really though I was within boundaries because I’m not a big fan of over doing it. I don’t believe it is right. I believe that God frowns upon it.

However, I misjudged and I paid for it Saturday morning. And believe me...I asked God for his forgiveness immediately. It’s also at the top of my list to remain to my rule of two glasses and finished!

30 Days of Gratitude: Days 10 & 11 Plus a Recap

Another week begins, peeps, and I wanted to take the opportunity to catch up the #30DoG with all of you!

I started out Monday last week with an Intro and recap of the first three days. I spoke about my Hubby and kids of course! ;-)

Tuesday I caught up the next two days with friendships and the blog!

A Weekend Update: Part 1: A Concert

Oh, you read that right peeps. This weekend update will be coming to you in segments. Why?

Well, firstly because I was a picture taking fool and do not want to bombard you with all of them at once. You must be given the opportunity to appreciate my mediocre photography skills.

And because we were ridiculously busy!

I had said over and over again....that I needed a weekend by the house. A weekend where I don't need to go to the grocery store, and no one was coming over. A weekend where we didn't have plans to go anywhere and that I could focus on the kids and cleaning!
